Yes! Returns and exchanges are available according to our policy.
If you choose to return an item, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 2–10 business days after we receive and process the return.
Your refund will be processed in two main stages:
- Processing by Us (2 business days): Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 2 working days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been sent.
- Processing by Your Bank (2-10 business days): After we send the refund, it typically takes an additional 2-10 business days for the funds to clear and appear in your original payment account. This timeframe depends entirely on your bank's processing speed.
If it has been more than 10 business days since you received our refund email and you still don't see the funds, please contact your bank or payment provider directly for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
IDONGCAI is committed to providing high-quality products, and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase with us. But if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn and in brand-new condition within 30 days of delivery.
A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be charged for all returns. For exchanges, any price difference will be calculated accordingly.
In the unusual event that you receive an item that is damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your notice must include your name, email address, clear photos, and a written description of the issue. After we receive your damage notice, you may be required to return the affected item for verification. If you contact us more than 48 hours after delivery, a $10 shipping fee may apply. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted, as the order will be considered delivered as received.
